Workshop Title: Visionary Beginnings

Objective: To kickstart the change management journey by creating a vision board and fostering mindfulness within a professional setting.

Maximum Participants: 10

Materials/Supplies:

  • Large poster boards or canvas sheets (1 per participant)
  • Magazines, scissors, glue sticks
  • Markers, colored pencils, or crayons
  • Mindfulness bell or chime
  • Printed inspirational quotes or affirmations
  • Worksheets for goal-setting

Facilitator Introduction (15 minutes):

  • Welcome participants and provide a brief overview of the workshop’s objectives.
  • Emphasize the importance of creating a vision for the change ahead.

Icebreaker Activity – Visionary Introduction (20 minutes):

  • Each participant introduces themselves, sharing one personal and one professional goal for the workshop.
