Private Coaching- Long Term Support

In many situations or solving most of the issues one or two coaching sessions with RTT will be enough. However certain phases or issues need more sessions for clients. After the first coaching session it will be clear if we need more than two sessions. Based on my experience Following are the examples of RTT long term support.

  • High-Risk Pregnancy:
    • Emotional Support: RTT can help pregnant individuals manage anxiety, fear, or stress related to a high-risk pregnancy. By addressing any underlying emotional issues, RTT can promote emotional well-being, reduce stress levels, and enhance the overall experience of pregnancy.
    • Positive Mindset: RTT can assist in developing a positive mindset and promoting relaxation techniques to support a healthy pregnancy. By addressing any limiting beliefs or fears, RTT can help individuals cultivate a sense of confidence and empowerment throughout the pregnancy journey.
  • Medical Procedures:
    • Preparing for Procedures: RTT can help individuals mentally and emotionally prepare for medical procedures. By addressing any fears, anxiety, or concerns, RTT can reduce stress levels, promote relaxation, and enhance overall readiness for the procedure.
    • Managing Pain and Discomfort: RTT can assist in managing pain perception and reducing discomfort associated with medical procedures. By utilizing techniques such as pain control, visualization, and positive suggestion, RTT can help individuals experience a greater sense of comfort and ease during the procedure.
  • Rehabilitation after Surgery:
    • Accelerating Healing: RTT can facilitate the healing process by addressing subconscious blocks or emotional barriers that may impede recovery. By promoting a positive mindset, reducing stress, and supporting relaxation, RTT can assist in accelerating healing and optimizing the rehabilitation process.
    • Pain Management: RTT can help individuals manage pain and discomfort during the rehabilitation phase. By utilizing techniques such as pain control, reframing perceptions, and promoting relaxation, RTT can support individuals in achieving greater pain relief and overall comfort.
  • Loss and Grief:
    • Coping with Loss: RTT can provide support to individuals experiencing loss and grief by addressing and releasing emotional pain, guilt, or unresolved emotions associated with the loss. By facilitating the healing process, RTT can help individuals navigate the grieving journey and find emotional relief.
    • Creating Meaningful Connections: RTT can assist individuals in reconnecting with the memories and positive aspects of their lost loved ones. By promoting healing and resolution, RTT can support individuals in finding closure, maintaining a bond, and embracing the memories in a positive way.

In each of these examples, RTT plays a role in addressing the emotional and psychological aspects of the individual’s experience. By uncovering and resolving subconscious blocks or limiting beliefs, RTT can help individuals develop coping strategies, promote healing, and enhance overall well-being. The long-term support provided through RTT enables individuals to maintain positive changes and navigate their unique circumstances with greater resilience and empowerment.

It is important to note that the duration and number of RTT sessions will depend on the individual’s needs and progress. RTT coaching is tailored to each person’s specific circumstances and aims to provide ongoing support throughout their journey of healing and transformation.
