Group Coaching
Group coaching sessions to bring out the best in clients when they are either working on same issues or working together as a team. For example if a school soccer team needs coaching we do a group coaching session. The sales and Marketing team in a company can have group coaching session to achieve their desired goal.
If you specialize in a IVF we can work with all your clients individually or a as group where we help them prepare themselves for success.
Group sessions work really when the desired outcome is similar for all.
Some clients choose to have group coaching sessions as they thrive in the team environment and love to share their progress with others. They are able to reframe their beliefs and change their mindset with the dedicated group coaching sessions.
We provide 1-3 session packages for achieving the desired results for the clients. The group sessions are usually 2 hours each with a gap of 21 days in between. The need of more sessions is based on the client’s needs and outcome they want. Some clients choose to have a private coaching session after one group session if they feel that will best serve them.
These sessions are fully designed as per the client’s need and provide dedicated space and time to bring out their best. The first session is dedicated to finding the root cause of the issue or problem client is facing and how to overcome it. The further sessions are designed as per outcome of the first session.
In exceptional circumstances more than 3 group sessions are needed and that is totally decided by the client. We provide a weekly call and email support for the time in between the sessions.
The client is given an audio recording after each group session and it is mandatory to listen to the recording. We take pride in customizing our tools for the individual client and their needs in the group setting as well. The worksheets, journals and other tools are provided to the client based on the first session and after each session to aid progress and bring out the desired outcome for the client.
The service fees are based on the coaching package and usually more sessions include a special discount.
